  9. Enter the name for your macro here.

  11. Enter the definition for your macro here.

  13. To save you current macro as a BBEdit extension, click here.
  14.  
  15. You will be prompted to save the extension, which should be located within your BBEdit extensions folder.

  17. You will need to restart BBEdit before it becomes available in the extensions menu.
  18.  
  19. Most of the ‚Äòcommands‚Äô available to you can be accessed from this menu. Selecting one will insert it at the current insertion point.

  21. To edit the current macro definition, click here.

  23. You can't run this macro yet, as there is no editing window to work on.
